operated, was founded in 1996 by David R. Green and Layne D. Smashnuk of Dawson Creek, BC. NEONet (as it's referred to) was formed to provide local residents and businesses high quality Internet connections with full technical service and support. NEONet and North East Online Network are operating names of a locally owned Canadian corporation.
